Support and advice for parents when faced with an unsettled baby during the fourth trimester
Leading IBCLC lactation practitioners guide our parents to establish good feeding techniques and consider physical barriers to feeding such as tongue-tie.
Richie, our Chiropractor advises on the body’s physical alignment which baby’s position in the womb or birth experience may have effected.
Holly, our in-house nutritional therapist and infant sleep coach teaches gentle award winning sleep coaching techniques, designed to create a good routine from day one.
This support is available here on our website or delivered during workshops
we hold for parents and carers throughout the year. (Funded or partially funded)
Weaning around food allergies
As we move on to the weaning stage we begin to look at how we introduce food to our little ones.
This can be especially worrying when faced with extra dietary challenges.
Fussy eaters - where to find nutrition
Parents of fussy eaters worry their little ones are not receiving the nutrients they need to thrive. Finding Harmony supports these parents to find nutrients where possible, work around personal likes and dislikes, whilst managing routine and expectations.
Children on the Autistic spectrum or those diagnosed with ADHD can be especially fussy with regards to texture, tastes and food combinations.
Working with schools and clubs
Finding Harmony works with schools to help them create healthy lunch menus.
We also hold practical cooking sessions for parents and children focusing on cooking nutritious meals on a budget, managing blood glucose spikes and avoiding over processed foods.
